We will accept any file type. We will make changes using MS Word using the Track Changes feature. This feature allows you to look over every change we made, and you can select to keep the change or not.
When we proofread we first focus on correcting spelling, grammar, usage and punctuation errors. Then we take time to look at the written piece as a whole and the message. We will make changes to all awkward sentences and awkward paragraphs, any cluttered writing, anything that takes away from the message. When a document is written by someone where the language is not their native language, the writing will have certain parts that are blatant red flags of a non native language speaker. Language traps that you are unaware of when it is your second language. Our proofreading and editing works to address those errors.
